GO-DPS
All ink cartridges, toners, musical instruments, electronics and accessories are covered by the respective manufacturer's warranty. However, GO-DPS will provide customer support for most defective products on behalf of the manufacturer. On these items you are encouraged to contact GO-DPS directly, you will be handled by our customer and tech support team. Warranties cover the product purchased only. GO-DPS will not be liable for under any circumstances for freight, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of profits.
Returns Acceptance Policy (Please Read Before Requesting RMA)
Customers who receive the wrong item or incorrect quantity of items have 30 days to request an RMA. They will be provided with a pre-paid RMA label.
Any item damaged in transit must be reported to our company within 10 days of the order receipt date to be covered. Make sure to keep all packaging, as it will be required in the shipping carrier claim process.
Musical Instruments Return Policy:
If returning item-claiming the item is "defective":
All products are covered by the Manufacturer's Warranty. Defective musical instruments need to be shipped to the manufacturer of GO-DPS. An RMA to cover shipping cost will not be provided. The shipping cost will be paid by the customer for any items returned. Manufacturers may also offer free repair at a local repair center. Please contact GO-DPS for a list of repair center facilities.
A repair technician at the manufacturer's facility will inspect each item returned. If the product is inspected and verified defective, a refund or replacement will be arranged per the manufacturer's warranty. The replacement freight cost is covered by the manufacturer.
If the item is NOT verified as defective, a refund will be arranged, less a 20% restock fee, as well as the initial freight charge that was covered by our company.
If returning for refund (not defective):
An RMA to cover shipping cost will not be provided. The shipping cost will be paid by the customer for any items returned. If product is unused, in original packaging and in perfect condition a refund will be issued, less a 20%restock fee, as well as the initial freight charge that was covered by our company.

GO-DPS has a one year warranty on all of our cartridges as well as free tech support. If an item is defective please contact our tech support team at 1-888-355-4377. They will be able to walk you through trouble-shooting steps and help to diagnose any issues. If the item is verified as defective, a refund or replacement will be arranged. The replacement freight cost is covered by GO-DPS along with the pre-paid label to return any defective ink/toner cartridges.
We do not cover the printer's warranty. WE ONLY WARRANT OUR PRODUCTS.
